WHAT IS THE VAULT?

The Vault is a social networking and physical product subscription service for Third Man Records.

WHAT DO I GET WITH THE VAULT?

Above and beyond the basic free level of access, The Vault is a two-tiered service.

For the $7 a month Premium Membership (three month minimum) you get unlimited access to all online Vault services. These include:

  • First chance for pre-sale concert tickets
  • Exclusive streaming video content and video blogs from all Third Man artists
  • Chat rooms
  • Exclusive Photos
  • Exclusive news, updates and content from Third Man artists
  • Pay-Per-View live concerts of Dead Weather, Raconteurs, White Stripes, and more

    For the $20 a month Platinum Service (three month minimum) you get:

  • All of the above online content
  • Every quarter (every three months) you will receive exclusive subscription service only releases
  • This includes one (1) Third Man 12” LP, one (1) 7” record, and one (1) Third Man Novelty (T-shirt, poster, etc...).

    These will only be available through The Vault subscription service and will not be distributed to shops, nor will they be available from our online mail order service.

    HOW DOES THE PREMIUM SERVICE WORK?

    Each quarter Third Man Records will be sending out a unique and very exclusive package of products to all Platinum Members. In order to receive this package you must have a valid Platinum Membership subscription on the following dates:

    First Quarter Package: valid Platinum Member on January 31st
    Second Quarter Package: valid Platinum Member on April 30th
    Third Quarter Package: valid Platinum Member on July 31st
    Fourth Quarter Package: valid Platinum Member on October 31st

    Once you have signed up for a Platinum Membership there is no need to ever renew or cancel if you want to continue to receive the Platinum products. Just keep your account in good standing and you will continue to get your Platinum products each quarter.

    At the end of each registration period we will tabulate the amount of subscribers and press up the exact amount we need to fill orders. When all vinyl is complete, we will send out your package directly to you. This can take up to 4-6 weeks from the end of the period to get your package shipped.

    WHAT IF I MISS THE PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP DEADLINE? CAN I STILL REGISTER?

    If you register after a deadline (for example April 30th) than you miss that quarters Platinum package but will be signed up for the next ( ex: July 31st).

    I'VE NOTICED THAT OCCASIONALLY THERE IS MORE CONTENT FOR SOME BANDS AND LESS FOR OTHERS. WHY?

    Bands that are currently more active will be able to provide more original content and interaction. So there may be some fluctuation in new content for each band. We will work tirelessly to constantly provide you with new exclusive content for every Third Man artist.
