Hey everyone. First off I want to apologize for our lack of communication. The past 4 months have been really crazy for both Tom and I. After our Rock the Vote tour this fall a lot of changes happened with the band. Corm decided to pursure music on his own back in Vermont. Our touring drummer Tyler now plays drums for Ke$ha. And Tom and I decided to take a much needed break from anything music related. Having been in touring bands since I was 14 this is the first time in almost 7 years where I've been able to actively rest and reflect on the past and really take my time on thinking about the direction that FJ and myself are going in the future.
It suddenly occured to me that I wasn't getting any younger and that I had spent many years playing pop/rock/punk/emo/etc. and as I get older it's getting harder to make myself believe that this is the type of music I want to be playing.
Lucky me, Tom felt the exact same way.
SO! Tom went back to Vermont for a month, we cleared our heads and as soon as he returned we began demoing.
After locking ourselves up we came out with 10 tracks.
I've never been this excited about music before.
We both will be on modblast more in the near future.
We will keep everyone updated more regularly and make sure that you Modlifer's get the first listen when we come out of the studio.
Also we will be posting dates for upcoming shows in the So-Cal area.... and hopefully this year for east coast dates as well.
I hope everyone is doing well and I want to thank all of you for your support over the past year, chatting with you guys has always been a highlight of FJ and I can't wait to get back in the swing of things.

so..... as we all know, Corm (aka me, i like talking in third person) is not the smarted bulb in the fire SO. my internet crashed and we cant get back into modcam we have to wait for them to dissconnect the cam at the mother station for MODLIFE. sorry modlife. Tomorrow though, we will alllll be on, so 6pmpt tuesday Sept. 14th we will see you!/
Hey hey!! Sorry for our absence everyone. We have been on tour the past week and haven't had internet that much. Just a quick update, our last week's tour was awesome, playing with friends of ours Wayward it was really fun. Good responses at the shows, we will have some videos up soon!
Just a reminder, IT'S MY BIRTHDAY TOMORROW!!!!!!!! I'm turning 20. Weiiiirrrrd I feel old. damn.

Hey modlife what's up? Just a reminder that we will be on modcam tonight at 6 pacific as usual! It seems like modlife is really starting to expand, which is great I hope it brings more kids to the site! I also hope you guys still think we're the coolest :)
